📜 Privacy Policy ShortGuyFilms respects your privacy. All client galleries are delivered through private, password-protected Pixieset links. Only individuals with access to the private gallery link and password can view and download images. We do not sell, trade, or share personal information with third parties. Client information is used only for communication, booking, payment processing, and gallery delivery. Images may be displayed on ShortGuyFilms’ website, social media platforms, and marketing materials unless the client has requested a written opt-out prior to the session.
📸 Model Release & Usage Rights By booking with ShortGuyFilms, the client grants ShortGuyFilms LLC the irrevocable right to use images and videos from their session for: • Website portfolios • Social media • Advertising • Marketing • Promotional materials • Branding purposes Clients may request a written privacy opt-out before their session if they do not wish for their images to be publicly displayed.
💳 Payments & Deposits A non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required to secure a booking date. Remaining balances must be paid before or on the day of the session. Failure to submit a deposit does not guarantee a session date. Deposits are applied toward the total session price and are non-refundable.
💰 Referral Program Terms Referral credits are applied after the referred client completes their booked session. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be used toward future sessions only.
❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Deposits are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to arrive on time may result in forfeiting the session and deposit.
⏱ Session Timing & Late Policy Clients are expected to arrive on time. Sessions delayed more than 15 minutes may be shortened. Sessions delayed more than 30 minutes may be canceled without refund.
🎨 Creative Rights ShortGuyFilms retains full creative control over: • Posing • Editing style • Image selection • Lighting • Composition • Retouching style • Final delivered images RAW files are not provided unless explicitly purchased.
📦 Delivery & Turnaround Standard delivery time is 7–14 business days unless otherwise stated. Expedited delivery is available as a paid add-on.
🖼️Gallery Access & Downloads Client galleries are delivered through Pixieset. Download limits and gallery access rules may vary by package. Additional downloads may be purchased if applicable. Gallery access duration and download limits are subject to Pixieset platform policies.
🛑 Liability Disclaimer ShortGuyFilms LLC is not responsible for: • Weather conditions • Venue restrictions • Acts of third parties • Client lateness • Uncooperative subjects • Missed shots due to circumstances outside of our control
⚖ Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
