1. Reserve Your Date (Deposit Only)
To make booking easy and flexible, you don’t pay everything up front.
A $50 retainer is required to officially reserve your session date and time.
The remaining balance is due on your session day.

Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred once with proper notice (see terms at checkout).
2. Your Prep Guide & Inspiration
Once you book, we will curate your personal session prep guide to help you feel 100% ready.
You’re encouraged to:
- Bring inspiration photos (Pinterest, Instagram, etc.)
- Browse my Instagram for posing & ideas
- Think about add-ons you may want later (you can always add them after booking!)
- Bring a friend or hype person to help you feel comfortable (not apart of the pictures unless added-on)
My goal is to make sure your shoot feels fun, relaxed, and totally you.
3. Check-Ins & Communication
After booking, all session communication happens through Instagram DMs so everything stays quick, easy, and organized.
You’ll receive:
- A 1-week-prior check-in
- A day-of confirmation message covering:
- Weather
- Location
- Final time
- Add-ons or props I should bring
We can reschedule if weather, lighting, or life is an issue for any of us!
4. Shoot Day Experience
Show up, relax, and let me guide you.
I provide:
- Posing & direction the whole time
- Touch-up kit (bobby pins, wipes, lint rollers, etc.) (upon request)
- Wagon for carrying props & outfits
- Chalk, flags, bouquets, add-ons, and essentials (if selected)
Your session is never rushed.
If you need a little extra time, you can always extend your shoot for a small overtime fee.
Late arrivals over 30 minutes or no-shows result in forfeiture of your deposit.
No-shows may require a new deposit depending on notice given.

5. Gallery Delivery
Your fully edited online gallery will be delivered within:
- 1 week standard
- 24–72 hours with Express Delivery
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak season or holidays, please be patient 🙂 I am just a one man show.

Your gallery is hosted on Pixieset, where you (and your family!) can:
- Download your photos
- Order professional prints
- Create albums, announcements, and wall art
- Ship keepsakes directly to your home
All print products are fulfilled by premium professional labs. Pricing varies by product, size, and quantity.
